Engaged after the project experienced permitting delays. Identified outstanding requirements, coordinated with the jurisdiction, and moved the project through approval.
Nevada County: Coordinated permitting and agency review for a new residence and detached garage on a vacant parcel, including site research, application preparation, submittal management, plan check coordination, and permit issuance.
Mendocino County: Working with County and state code enforcement teams to clear cannabis farm violations.
